Koyo Latest To Call Byrd Amendment Unconstitutional

Law360, New York (January 08, 2010, 4:55 PM ET) -- In the latest suit challenging the constitutionality of the Continued Dumping and Subsidy Offset Act of 2000, bearing manufacturer Koyo Corp. of USA has accused U.S. Customs and Border Protection of violating free speech by denying anti-dumping duty proceeds to companies that oppose duty investigations.
