McWane Off Hook In 5th Circ. Donning, Doffing Appeal

Law360, New York (January 11, 2010, 3:03 PM EST) -- A circuit panel has upheld a win for McWane Inc. in a donning and doffing collective action in which thousands of its hourly workers alleged the manufacturer violated the Fair Labor Standards Act by failing to pay them for the time it takes to put on special personal protective equipment.
