Mayer Brown Finance Partner Heads To Jones Day

Law360, New York (January 14, 2010, 1:31 PM ET) -- A former corporate finance partner at Mayer Brown LLP has joined the banking and finance practice at Jones Day.

The firm announced Wednesday that Scott Pierpont had joined its New York office. At Mayer Brown, he was a member of the securitization, project finance, private investment fund and collateralized debt obligation affinity groups, Jones Day said.
