Bose Seeks Protective Order In Speaker Case

Law360, New York (January 13, 2010, 3:10 PM EST) -- Audio equipment maker Bose Corp. has asked a federal court to disregard objections by SDI Technologies Inc. and other defendants and sign off on a protective order in its case alleging infringement of a patent for a remote-controlled speaker system designed for use with MP3 players.
