Default Judgment Recommended In DHL OT Suit

Law360, New York (January 13, 2010, 1:22 PM ET) -- A magistrate judge has recommended that default judgment be entered against DHL Express to sanction the shipping company for repeatedly failing to produce a corporate representative for deposition in a suit accusing it of failing to pay overtime to its drivers.

Magistrate Judge Monte C.
