Rival's Claims, Not Its Condoms, Too Thin: Trojan

Law360, New York (January 13, 2010, 3:55 PM EST) -- Condom maker Church & Dwight Co. Inc. told a federal court that the claims of its rival, Mayer Laboratories Inc., to sell the nation's thinnest condoms amounted to false advertising, adding the accusation to its earlier denials of violating federal antitrust laws and interfering in Mayer's supply contracts.
