Judge Picks Merck's Discovery Plan In NuvaRing MDL

Law360, New York (January 13, 2010, 1:42 PM ET) -- Rather than limit discovery to a small pool of bellwether cases in the NuvaRing multidistrict litigation, a federal judge has backed Merck & Co.’s request for full discovery in dozens of lawsuits alleging Merck downplayed the health risks of the contraceptive.
