Towns Calls For Review Of US Port Security Program

Law360, New York (January 14, 2010, 3:46 PM EST) -- The chairman of the U.S. House of Representatives' Committee on Oversight and Government Reform has asked the Government Accountability Office to review a Department of Energy program intended to guard U.S. ports against smuggled nuclear and other hazardous materials.
