Coach Bus Co. Pays Back Wages To Settle OT Suit

Law360, New York (January 14, 2010, 1:37 PM EST) -- American Coach Lines of Orlando Inc. has agreed to pay two years' worth of disputed overtime wages to a group of 35 bus drivers to settle the drivers' claims that the motor coach operator violated the Fair Labor Standards Act.
