Law360, New York (January 15, 2010, 5:16 PM ET) -- Hospital Systems Corp. is winding down its lawsuit over two patents covering a system for storing and accessing medical images, dropping Intelerad Medical Systems Inc. and Merge Healthcare Corp. from the suit and seeking to dismiss remaining defendant UltraRad Corp.
On Wednesday, Magistrate Judge Charles Everingham signed off on two orders giving his blessing to notices of dismissal with prejudice that Acacia unit HSC previously filed with respect to Intelerad and Merge.
