Law Against Ambulance Chasing Stands: DC Court

Law360, New York (January 15, 2010, 2:45 PM EST) -- A District of Columbia appeals court has affirmed a ruling against a personal injury lawyer who had challenged a local law aimed at prohibiting ambulance chasing in the hopes of suing insured parties, finding no merit to his argument that such a statute violates the First Amendment.
