Judge OKs Howmedica's Appeal Of Invalidity Ruling

Law360, New York (January 15, 2010, 6:41 PM EST) -- Despite a stay in the case pending the re-examination of a different patent, a district judge has allowed Howmedica Osteonics Corp. to appeal a 2007 ruling finding invalid three of its patents for processes to make polymers used in medical implants.
