Court Won't Rethink Blocked Justice E-Mails To Massey

Law360, New York (January 15, 2010, 6:10 PM ET) -- West Virginia's highest court will not reconsider its decision to block access to e-mails sent between a former chief justice of the court and Massey Energy Co., upholding a ruling that e-mails sent or received by justices are not public records if they are not related to the business of the public.
