Prosecutors Charge Third Boeing Employee In Trade Secret Probe

Law360, New York (May 12, 2004, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Federal prosecutors have filed criminal charges against another former Boeing Co. employee in a probe into allegations that the company stole trade secrets from rival Lockheed Martin Corp. to win a multibillion-dollar rocket contract.

Larry Satchell, a former rocket manager at Boeing's Huntington Beach facility, was charged with obstruction of justice, conspiracy and theft of trade secrets, the Los Angeles Times reported Wednesday.
