National Arbitration Forum Kept In Cardholder Suit

Law360, New York (January 19, 2010, 1:38 PM ET) -- A federal judge has rejected the National Arbitration Forum's bid to dismiss a suit claiming it conspired to help financial companies controlling some 86 percent of the U.S. credit card market to maintain mandatory arbitration clauses as a condition of card use.
