Law360, New York (January 19, 2010, 5:33 PM ET) -- Horei Image Products Inc. and ITM Inc. have accused fellow aftermarket printer cartridge company Innotex Precision Ltd. of selling them cartridges so faulty that they have actually destroyed the printers containing them, in response to Innotex's breach of contract suit seeking nearly $4 million in damages for unpaid-for cartridges.
