Chrysler To Issue Recall Over Brake Safety Fears

Law360, New York (January 19, 2010, 4:20 PM EST) -- Chrysler Group LLC is reportedly recalling more than 24,000 vehicles because of a potential defect that could lead to a sudden, unexpected failure in the brake system.

The automaker said in a filing with the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration that it was pulling certain new model Chrysler, Dodge and Jeep vehicles, according to Reuters and the Wall Street Journal.
