USPowerGen Founder Joins Bingham As Partner

Law360, New York (January 21, 2010, 1:14 PM ET) -- Jacob Worenklein, the founder of U.S. Power Generating Co., has joined Bingham McCutchen LLP as a corporate partner in the firm's New York office.

Worenklein will help lead Bingham's multidisciplinary global strategy and advise clients in the power, water, transportation and other infrastructure industries.

“There are a lot of things that are happening to challenge the conventional models,” Worenklein said. “There's an opportunity for key players to form alliances with smart-grid and alternative energy companies.”
