Mishcon Opens NY Office With Sheppard Mullin Attys

Law360, New York (January 21, 2010, 3:50 PM ET) -- British law firm Mishcon de Reya has opened a New York office, bringing in a team of 11 from Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton LLP.

The office, which opened Tuesday, includes managing partner James J. McGuire, litigation partners Mark Berume and Tim McCarthy, along with associates and support staff. The firm will focus on providing “a Rolls-Royce litigation service to its clients,” according to a statement, but will maintain its long-standing commercial relationships with other U.S. law firms.
