Law360, New York (January 26, 2010, 9:45 PM ET) -- Employers paid out big to resolve Title VII litigation in 2009, and lawyers say some of the major settlements of the year highlight a shifting strategy of the plaintiffs bar to bring huge classes of potential claimants relying on companywide statistics to bear out their cases.
