DOJ Joins $119M GlobeTel Fraud Case

Law360, New York (January 20, 2010, 1:38 PM EST) -- The U.S. Department of Justice has won a bid to intervene in the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's lawsuit accusing a group of former GlobeTel Communications Corp. employees of faking $119 million in revenues, and has secured a stay of discovery against one of the executives while its parallel criminal case against him is pending.
