Verizon SharePlan Customers Seek Class Status

Law360, New York (January 21, 2010, 3:09 PM EST) -- Customers accusing Verizon Wireless of improperly billing Family SharePlan participants for overtime minutes and for in-network and in-family calls have filed a motion seeking class certification.
