Urethane Plaintiffs Must Produce Downstream Data

Law360, New York (January 20, 2010, 5:34 PM ET) -- A federal judge on Wednesday ordered a group of direct purchaser plaintiffs in the long-running multidistrict antitrust litigation against urethane manufacturers and distributors to produce downstream data on how they used, sold and marketed items made with the chemical.
