Antitrust Deal Keeps W.Va. Newspaper On Shelves

Law360, New York (January 20, 2010, 6:49 PM EST) -- The U.S. Department of Justice on Wednesday reached an antitrust settlement with Daily Gazette Co. and Affiliated Media Inc. that requires the media companies to restructure their joint operating arrangement in West Virginia in order to keep the Charleston Daily Mail newspaper alive.
