Law360, New York (January 25, 2010, 2:48 PM EST) -- The recent decision in Kentucky Speedway LLC v. National Association of Stock Car Auto Racing Inc., (Slip. Op. No. 08-5041, Dec. 11, 2009), sets a stringent standard for proof of the relevant market in antitrust cases.
