DOC Antiseptic Ruling Prompts Digs From Both Sides

Law360, New York (January 22, 2010, 4:10 PM ET) -- Both the domestic and Chinese producers of chlorinated isocyanurates involved in a dispute over the federal government's dumping margin for the antiseptic chemicals generally used in swimming pools have taken issue with the U.S. Department of Commerce's revised rate determination.

Plaintiffs Arch Chemicals Inc. and Hebei Jiheng Chemical Corp. Ltd. lodged their joint comments Thursday criticizing two elements of the agency's decision, issued in late December on remand from the U.S. Court of International Trade.
