Plans' State Street Contract Suit Returns To State Court

Law360, New York (January 22, 2010, 2:36 PM EST) -- A federal judge has returned to state court two Missouri pension plans' suit accusing State Street Bank and Trust Co. of violating its obligations under three custodian agreements, finding that the forum selection clause in one of the three disputed contracts warranted the venue change.
