16 States Support EPA In Endangerment Suit

Law360, New York (January 25, 2010, 12:36 PM EST) -- A coalition of 16 states and New York City is asking for permission to intervene on behalf of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency in a lawsuit challenging the agency's recent finding that greenhouse gas emissions are subject to regulation under the Clean Air Act.
