Bayer Seeks Stay In Suit Over Pesticide Approval

Law360, New York (January 25, 2010, 1:12 PM EST) -- Bayer CropScience AG has asked a federal judge to stay an order vacating the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's approval of its pesticide spirotetramat while the company pursues an appeal.
