Accuride Noteholders Must Reveal Identities: Court

Law360, New York (January 25, 2010, 4:40 PM EST) -- The judge overseeing Accuride Corp.'s bankruptcy has granted a motion from the equity holders committee barring a group of noteholders from participating in the case until they identify themselves under U.S. Bankruptcy Code statutes.

Members of the ad hoc noteholder group will have to lodge verified statements revealing their identities, the nature and amount of their claims and other pertinent information pursuant to Bankruptcy Code Rule 2019, Judge Brendan L. Shannon ordered Friday in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
