Judge Pauses DOC Liquidation Of Chinese Bearings

Law360, New York (January 26, 2010, 1:46 PM EST) -- A federal judge has blocked the U.S. Department of Commerce from liquidating tapered roller bearings from China with duties of more than 24 percent until a Chinese company's challenge to the duties — as well as any appeals — has been resolved in court.
