Shrimpers Settle Indian Anti-Dumping Duty Dispute

Law360, New York (January 27, 2010, 1:10 PM EST) -- Domestic shrimp producers have settled a dispute with foreign producers and the U.S. government over anti-dumping duties for frozen warmwater shrimp from India.

Both sides filed a stipulation of dismissal with the U.S. Court of International Trade on Tuesday in a case the Ad Hoc Shrimp Trade Action Committee brought against the U.S. and defendant-intervenors Falcon Marine Exports Ltd. and Devi Sea Foods Ltd.
