Law360, New York (January 26, 2010, 7:17 PM ET) -- Federal prosecutors have revealed that Mark Kurland, co-founder of hedge fund New Castle Partners LLC, has waived an indictment in an insider trading case tied to Galleon Group founder Raj Rajaratnam, indicating Kurland may plead guilty to the charges.
