Law360, New York (January 27, 2010, 2:30 PM ET) -- Corstone Industries LLC has bolstered its fraud and misrepresentation allegations in a dispute with The Home Depot Inc. over three sales contracts, expanding on the home improvement retailer's alleged failure to execute its obligations under the agreements.
