Northrop Wins Class Action Battle Over Pension Plan

Law360, New York (January 27, 2010, 6:28 PM EST) -- Northrop Grumman Corp. has won summary judgment in a class action pension plan dispute in which it was sued by former employees for bilking them out of pension payments.

Judge John F. Walter of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California threw out all five claims levied against the company on Tuesday.
