Law360, New York (January 27, 2010, 7:24 PM ET) -- Reed Smith LLP, U.S. Steel Corp. and 10 other concerned parties have weighed in with the U.S. Supreme Court on a case that companies and law firms say could have far-reaching consequences on their ability to candidly assess their risk of being sued.
