ING To Fight EU Calculation Of State Aid It Received

Law360, New York (January 28, 2010, 4:43 PM EST) -- ING Groep NV said Thursday it will appeal European antitrust regulators' calculations of how much state aid the financial services firm received in the wake of the financial crisis.

ING said it will file a legal challenge with the General Court of the European Union against specific elements of the European Commission's decision regarding the firm's restructuring plan.
