Aviva Class Flays Objector To $570M Settlement

Law360, New York (January 28, 2010, 2:06 PM ET) -- Having finalized a $570 million settlement with Aviva USA over an alleged life insurance and annuity scam, hundreds of thousands of class members have denounced a “frivolous” attempt by an opt-out plaintiff to delay and ostensibly upend the settlement.
