Comcast, NBC Vow Deal Won't Curb Competition

Law360, New York (January 28, 2010, 7:20 PM EST) -- Comcast Corp.'s proposed acquisition of a majority stake in NBC Universal Inc. does not present a threat to competition, and will ultimately serve the public interest, the companies said in a filing with the Federal Communications Commission on Thursday seeking approval of the deal.
