Law360, New York (January 29, 2010, 5:08 PM ET) -- The former manager of the litigation practice at Kutak Rock LLP has joined the Phoenix office of Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP, where he will continue to focus on commercial, products liability, environmental and construction litigation.
E. Scott Dosek, who managed his former firm's litigation practice for 16 years, has first-chaired more than 100 bench trials and dozens of jury trials. He serves as a third-party neutral in mediation and as an independent arbitrator, the firm said Thursday.
