Rec Groups Fight To Join Forest Service In Enviro Suit

Law360, New York (January 29, 2010, 3:57 PM EST) -- Three recreational groups are moving forward with an appeal of their failed bid to intervene on the side of the U.S. Forest Service in a suit challenging the agency's designation of nearly 1,200 miles of road in Idaho for motorized recreation use.
