THL Defends RICO Claim V. Mayer Brown In Refco Case

Lee Partners LP investment funds involved in the massive multidistrict litigation stemming from the collapse of Refco Inc. have fired back at Mayer Brown LLP's bid to have their Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act claim against the law firm tossed from the case.
