Western Gas Picks Up Anadarko Assets For $254M
Law360, New York (February 01, 2010, 4:02 PM ET) -- Western Gas Partners LP announced Monday its purchase of a natural gas pipeline and other midstream assets in southwest Wyoming from affiliate Anadarko Petroleum Corp. for about $254.4 million.
Western Gas said it purchased Anadarko's 100 percent ownership interest in two systems: the Granger gathering system — a 750-mile gathering system with related compression and other facilities — and the Granger plants.
