Law360, New York (February 01, 2010, 12:54 PM ET) -- News Corp. has agreed to hand over $500 million to settle three lawsuits brought by media and marketing services company Valassis Communications Inc. over alleged unfair competition in the markets for newspaper coupon inserts and in-store product advertising notices.
