Vinson, Trustees To Face Witness Bribery Claims

Law360, New York (February 01, 2010, 6:53 PM ET) -- A judge in the U.S. Virgin Islands has granted a defunct telecommunication firm executive's request to conduct a disciplinary hearing to determine possible sanctions for several law firms and trustees accused of orchestrating a scheme to provide free legal services to a material witness in three of his company's pending bankruptcy cases.
