Greenberg Scores Seasoned Securities Lawyer

Law360, New York (December 7, 2006, 12:00 AM EST) -- After six years as a staff attorney for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and more than 20 years in private practice, Daniel K. Donahue has decided to lend his regulatory expertise to Greenberg Traurig LLP, joining the firm as a shareholder.

Donahue, who comes to the firm from Preston Gates & Ellis LLP, where he was a partner, will join Greenberg’s Orange County office.
