CORRECTION: Nokia Dropped From Icomm Patent Suit

Law360, New York (February 3, 2010, 3:24 PM EST) -- Following settlements with three defendants, Icomm Technologies Inc. has decided to drop its claims against the fourth defendant, Nokia Corp., thus bringing to a close a patent infringement suit over turbo decoding technology for 3G wireless mobile communications.

Icomm filed an unopposed motion Friday with the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas that dismissed all claims against Nokia with prejudice. Each party will bear its own costs, expenses and attorneys' fees.
