Accuride Noteholders Balk At 2019 Disclosure Order

Law360, New York (February 01, 2010, 4:58 PM ET) -- The ad hoc noteholders group in Accuride Corp.'s Chapter 11 case is appealing an order compelling it to disclose pertinent information about the nature of its claims under Bankruptcy Code Rule 2019.

Along with its notice of appeal, noteholders of the bankrupt wheel maker lodged a 10-page emergency motion for stay Friday, saying the group “will suffer irreparable harm that cannot be fully remedied following an appeal” if stay is not granted pending the appeal.
