Former Goodwin Procter Partners Jump To Dechert

Law360, New York (February 02, 2010, 4:02 PM ET) -- Former Goodwin Procter LLP restructuring partners Allan S. Brilliant and Craig P. Druehl have joined Dechert LLP's business restructuring and reorganization group.

Brilliant was co-chair of Goodwin Procter's financial restructuring practice. His practice focuses on restructurings, reorganizations and nonjudicial workouts, where he has represented bank groups, unsecured creditors, bondholders and others.

He also has experience in bankruptcy litigation, particularly with appeals, contested confirmation hearings, and fraudulent transfer and preference litigation.
