Manpower To Pay $431M For Comsys IT Staffing Co.

Law360, New York (February 02, 2010, 12:15 PM ET) -- Global employment company Manpower Inc. said Tuesday it will snap up technology staffing and consulting company Comsys IT Partners Inc. for $431 million including Comsys' net debt.

The deal would value outstanding shares of Comsys common stock at $17.65, Manpower said in a statement announcing the deal.

The boards of directors of both companies have approved the deal, which will boost the number of professional consultants on assignment with Manpower to more than 25,000, according to Manpower.
